Our moss kits are the perfect activity to help you connect with your creativity and make something that is uniquely yours.

Our moss kits include a HUGE range of textured yarns, such as bobble, feather and chenille yarn, making them unlike any kit you’ve ever made. Using a combination of simple weaving and latch-hooking techniques, they’re great for craft newbies or pros who want to try something new.

Whilst all of our moss kits come with a guide to make yours exactly like ours, we also provide a range of variations so that you can customise your coaster or rug to be your own!

Mushrooms are so cute

Mushrooms are so cute. I made it with a little different design because I had leftover yarn of the other coasters!

Super fast and easy

Super fast and easy, and the instructional videos were straightforward and helpful. The instructor makes sure to say things helpful to those new to fiber arts.

I truly enjoyed every step

I truly enjoyed every step of making this adorable coaster! I loved that everything (even scissors and needles) were included. The finished product makes me smile!

Cute result but not as easy as other kits

I really liked how my coaster looked in the end. But the mushrooms were a bit annoying—it wasn’t clear that I needed a glue gun or glue to create the mushrooms, so I left the project unfinished for a while because that felt like a little hurdle.

I didn’t enjoy using the pipe cleaners for the mushrooms because I find them a bit of a hazard due to the wires, a bit of a sensory nightmare for me. I didn’t like cutting and trimming them either unfortunately. I made 3 even though I had enough pipe cleaners to make more—I just didn’t like handling the materials for that part of the coaster. They did look cute in the end.

Perhaps it’s due to me not following the instructions properly, but I misunderstood sewing the bottom of the coaster to mean sewing the *backing* of the coaster before attaching the mushrooms. So I had to undo my work to attach the mushrooms.
