This kit will be arriving the week of the 16th September. All order should be fulfilled and on their way this week.

• Kitten Minis Cross Stitch

Unfortunately due to port delays, we have been notified of an unexpected push-back in this shipment. It is now expected to arrive at our warehouse in early October, during the week of the 7th October.

This is a two week delay from the original expected arrival of the week of the 23rd September. Whilst these delays are out of our control, we're incredibly sorry for any inconvenience caused. And we will always do everything we can to help if you have concerns.

Please allow the full week window for your kit to be delivered to our warehouse and to be fulfilled at our warehouse.

While we try to be as accurate as possible with our date estimates, there can be small delays that are out of our hands.

Once our warehouse has fulfilled your preorder, it will then be passed on to our couriers and make it's way to you. You will receive a tracking link via email that will have the estimated delivery window - this will depend on what country you're located in and what type of shipping you selected at check-out.

If you order a preorder item, your full order will be sent once the item is back in stock. You will not receive your order in a split shipment.

If you would like to receive your other items first, then we are happy to help! We can split your order into 2x shipments, however you will need to cover the postage cost of the second shipment.

Yes! We're happy to help change the shipping information on your preorder, provided that the stock has not already arrived and that your order has not been packed.

If you've accidentally ordered a preorder item, not to worry! We can help with a few options:

SWAP - We can swap your preordered kit for an in-stock design so that you receive your order sooner.

SPLIT - We can split your order so that your in-stock kits will arrive first. This will incur an extra shipping cost, to cover the second shipment.

SPEED UP - We can update your shipping to an Express option, if you would like your preorder as soon as possible once it is restocked.

Once the new stock has arrived in our warehouse, it will take us between 1-3 days to fulfil your order. Our team will always try to get orders out as quickly as possible, often sooner than the 3 days. However we ask that you give our team patience as we work to get your orders out.
