Pretty in pink, our Cotton Candy coaster will bring the sweetness into your space! Designed with gorgeous variations of pink, not only is it practical but its a sculptural masterpiece too!
Our kits includes a HUGE amount of supplies, with all tools and multiple yarn included. Materials included in this kit are milk yarn, feather yarn, bobble yarn, chenille yarn and more.
This kit uses multiple weaving and crafting techniques. It's perfect for absolute beginners as it comes with full video tutorials for each technique, however it's also great for seasoned latch-hookers wanting to try something new.

Our kits come with everything needed to sew the coaster backing on, but you may want to use fabric glue or hot glue if you have it handy.

Why is it called 'moss craft' if there's no real moss?
Moss craft is named after the mossy look of the project. We use various types of yarn and stitching techniques to achieve a natural looking creation, without the hard work of keeping real moss alive!
What’s included in a Moss Coaster Kit?
All material to create your very own Moss Coaster is provided in the kit. Various types of yarn, mesh canvas, pom pom scissors, plastic weaving needle, steel needle, thread, felt backing, hot glue sticks, printed pattern to transfer, instructions and a link to video tutorials, and, depending on the kit, pipe cleaners.

How long does it take to make a Moss Coaster?
Our moss coaster kits can easily be finished in 1-2 sessions. Between 2-4hrs depending on how fast you like to work.
What is milk yarn?
Milk yarn is a soft-textured, lightweight yarn that is made up of multiple strands. While it's not actually made of milk, it's perfect for adding latch hook and pom pom elements to your mossy creation.
Are pom poms easy to make?
Poms poms are a pretty straightforward aspect to make to enhance your mossy creation. They can be either open or closed, large or small, or even brushed out or shaggy. There is so much opportunity to add depth to your piece.
What is feather yarn?
Feather yarn is a lightweight yarn made from multiple strands and is very soft and fluffy. It works perfectly as a base for moss craft, as the strands blend to form a cohesive, soft surface.
What is chenille yarn?
Chenille yarn is a medium-weight yarn made of a single strand. It's commonly used in crochet and to create fuzzy loops in moss craft.
Can I change the pattern?
You can absolutely change the pattern! The moss coaster kit is yours to work with. We provide templates and recommendations to make the process easier, but if you want to alter anything to make it more you, then by all means!

Good fun
I enjoyed making this and would defintley do another. In saying that, I found the instructions a little frustrating. The videos related are not for the same project which is probably fine for some people, but not for me. There was a few times where I just didn’t know if I was doing too much or too little. Also not having a reference photo in the box would have been nice instead of having to keep going from video to picture. Other than that, I’m pretty happy with the finished result and would love to do another :)

I like this one. I did the dream scape one as well but that one had a lot of leftover yarn. This one I ran out and had to use some from the first kit to finish it.

Such a fun kit!
Loved making this Cotton Candy Moss coaster. The instructions were very easy to follow but as gave room for your own creative spin which I thought was such a lovely idea. I loved how the colours all came out. So much vibrancy and it was so soft as well. It was the perfect spot for a pretty mug or cup or even a figurine!

Cute project overall. I look to craft time as a way to escape the digital world. The videos are lengthy and would have preferred paper directions. The videos don’t even show the same project. Scissors received were bent.
Beautiful and fun
My 10 year old did this craft. She found the videos online and followed the tutorials. She loved the materials and has some crocheting experience. She finds making these similar to crocheting but easier and she absolutely loved the soft materials and the result.
It's a high quality craft kit. Makes a great gift for kids and adults alike!
