I love this kit, it's so cute and so easy to do, but unfortunately, I ran out of yarn before finishing it, and had to source some on my own to finish it. I love Craft Club and this is the first time this has happened to me with a kit so just a kink to work out, I think!

I bought both this and the fruit market one and neither of them had enough yarn to finish. I had to go through requesting two batches of replacement yarn for each kit. And after two batches of replacement yarn and sending them a photo of my stitching progress, they still did not include enough black yarn for me to finish the black lines on the bottom flower. I had to just stitch over it in white. (Mercifully, I was able to finish fruit market after two batches of replacement yarn. )
Shipping always seemed to have issues. There was one point when customer service took a really long time to get back to me. Craft Club, if you're reading this, you already refunded me because of the shipping issues, so there's nothing you can ultimately do except do better. Test your kits before selling them. Include ample replacement yarn when someone requests it (why be stingy about this?). Is this company run in a way that makes sense? No. Would I recommend them? No.
Craft Club7 months agoHi there, thanks for sharing your experience. We checked on this and saw that you received the very first batch of this product. We admit there were issues with yarn quantities in that batch, but we’ve since fixed this in our second run, so it’s no longer a problem.
As for shipping, some recent orders did get delayed beyond the 6–10 business days for standard delivery due to being held at customs. We know this is frustrating, and while it’s out of our control, we’re working closely with our couriers to improve this.
We’re truly sorry about your experience, we’re a small team, but we’ll keep doing our best to reply faster and support you better. We’ve also sent you a private message to make things up to you.

Lovely design and easy technique. I ran out of yarn because only the first prototypes had this issue, and the customer service was super helpful and kind 🩷
I hope they'll make even more kits in this size!!!
