I had a great experience making this rug myself! It took some time but it was perfect for cozy evenings and watching some Christmas movies. I would highly recommend it to any creative person! It looks absolutely cute under the Christmas tree!
The instructions were understandable, as for me the QR code with the short video tutorial was really helpful! It was definitely not the last DIY set that I ordered :)

I was very excited to start this set, however, especially for an order around Christmas time, I was disappointed by the packaging. My four sets arrived in some sort of plastic bag instead of a box, one of my free charm sip straws was broken bc something heavier completely smashed its packaging, which ended up entirely open and hence glass inside the bag. This items box was also damaged, which is fine since it's only meant for me to craft and enjoy, but I would've been greatly disapoointed if it had been ordered as a gift for someone else.
The set itself is beautiful, the instructions very clear, however the printed pattern occasionally strays one or two boxes from the actual rug, which probably wouldn't matter too much on other sets, but since the bow is supposed to be symmetrical, I had to redo sections at times once I noticed the counts didn't match up (e.g paper says 7 threads for the top of the bow, the actual rug pattern only allows for 6 to add up though) . I'm still only partly through and hope the bottom half is going to be true to the print at last. Lots of fun, but diminished by those errors.

Please know that we’re actively reviewing our packaging process with the shipping team to add more protective measures like bubble wrap, so future orders arrive safely. If you don’t mind, photos of how the items arrived would be super helpful—but no worries at all if you’re unable to take any.
Regarding the pattern issues, oh no! If you could share a photo of the flaw, we’ll check with our product team to see whether it’s specific to your kit or affects other sets too.
