How is the Moss Box different from your regular moss coaster kits?
We’ve taken everything you love about our moss coasters - easy, beginner-friendly, and oh-so-cute - and levelled it up into a whole new collectable world. Each box not only includes an exclusive coaster designs only available to subscribers, but extra goodies and surprises, and a more immersive creative journey. Think of it like your fave moss kit… with a sprinkle of magic.

Can I skip a month or cancel anytime?
Yes! You’re in full control. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account portal—no questions asked. If you get a 3-month pack, you can cancel before your next 3-month payment. We'll always send you a reminder email!

When will I be charged?
When you complete your order, you will be charged immediately for your first month subscription.
For future payments, you'll be charged on the 1st of each month (or every 3 months, depending on your chosen plan). Please keep in mind that we follow Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), so your renewal date may vary by one day depending on your local time zone!
PS. We'll always send you a reminder email 3-days before your payment, just incase you want to change your plan!
When will my box arrive?
We ship your box from our warehouse in the first week of each month. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it’s on the way. Shipping times depend on your location in the world.
Can I purchase past Moss Boxes?
Unfortunately, our past boxes aren’t available for purchase due to limited inventory. Make sure you don’t miss out on our amazing monthly Moss Boxes, subscribe today!
How long does each project take to make?
Our Moss Box kits are faster to create than most fiber projects as they use different techniques.
Our moss coaster kits can easily be finished in 1-2 sessions between 2-6hrs depending on how fast you like to work!
Are moss kits suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our kits are perfect for beginners as they include everything you need to complete your kit, including loads of materials and tools.
They also include full video tutorials so that you can complete your mossy creation easily.
These kits are very crafty and creative, so they're perfect if you're new to craft and want to stretch your creative muscles.
If you're a seasoned stitcher, you'll still enjoy this kit as it includes lots of new techniques that you might not have seen before.

The box came with more than enough materials for the coaster, plus all the extra goodies! The coaster itself is so adorable, and it's super easy to make :) (I still need to trim the backing >< but I'm otherwise finished)

Craft Club truly nailed it with these adorable mossy coasters. Seeing the coasters being advertised is what introduced & drew me drew me to following & purchasing from this awesome company.
I have now completed 3 Coasters and each one took approximately 6-8 hours to complete.
Bunnies are my favourite animal, so I just had to get this exclusive set. I ADORE my new bunny plush, that I have named Odette. The stickers are super high quality, and the art print is very cute.
The directions are unbelievably easy to follow. The video guides are so helpful alongside the written instruction. The way Nakisah speaks in the videos is so calming and validating, letting us know that perfection is not necessary to be successful.
Personal Customizations - Bunnies by the Stream:
To match the pink Bunny, I replaced a yellow with a pink pompom using my own yarn. I also did glue some mini magnets to the Bunnies and hidden within the moss. They aren't super strong, but it does help my unstable bunnies stick upright while still being able to unattach them.
Complaints & Suggestions:
I have found that the fluff on the "Bobbles" can unravel quite easily. It is possible I cut off string at the tips too close, so maybe leave those excess pieces on until the very end.
There is no care information included on how to keep the coaster clean.
I do have lots of excess crafting material and duplicates of tools. For the Subscription Box especially, I would suggest somehow making the tools (needles, latch hook, etc.) an optional inclusion. As a regular customer, I do not need 5 latch hooks. Though, from a warehouse perspective, it does sound like a nightmare to have variations of the same box with & without tools.
Will the Subscription box be different Moss Coasters every month, or another form of craft mimicking the same texture?
Overall, I am over the moon about my whimsical coasters, fit for this aspiring garden fairy.
I love this design, the bunnies are adorable and easy to make, box is super cute and so are the stickers 🐰🐇🩷
