Each kit includes:

⭐ Pre-cut yarn in each colour (plus loads extra for practice)

You'll also need scissors while completing your rug. We recommend using medium sized scissors that are nice and sharp so you get clean cuts on your yarn!

✂️ You can use any scissors you are comfortable with, but we recommend our 'Rug Trimming Scissors' as they are the perfect size for working on your rug! They are extra sharp and made of high quality steel.

What are the benefits of latch hooking?

Aside from being totally addictive, latch hooking is a fantastic tool for mindfulness. If you've ever tried meditation and found it too hard to focus, this activity is for you. Latch hooking is a simple technique which makes it a really accessible craft to learn even if you've never done anything creative before!

Is latch hooking hard?

No! And we really mean it. Latch-hooking is a super simple technique that allows you to create gorgeous shaggy bags or rugs with affordable materials. You're simply learning how to make a knot with your latch hook, then repeating the same simple action with each colour section you need. Our kits include pre-printed canvas meaning that you don't need any complicated patterns. All you need is your kit and you've got everything you need to create a masterpiece!

What if I struggle with the kit?

Our kits are designed to be easy. They come with pre-printed backing that you can easily follow and simple instructions. We also provide a video tutorial if you prefer to watch and stitch along!

Finally, if you really struggle, the Founder of Craft Club will personally give you a 30 minute class via Zoom.

Are your kits good for recovery?

Latch-hooking is a very accessible craft if you or a loved one is in recovery or on bed rest. It's mess-free and can be done comfortably in bed.

Its low impact on your hands, and is still comfortable for our customers who struggle with grip strength. It's also great for building back muscle strength in your hands as well as hand-eye coordination.

Quality Kit & Super Fun
Very happy to refresh my latch hook rug making skills with this beautiful monarch butterfly. I made this for my granddaughter.
Plenty of yarn available in the kit, so don’t be worried about running out if you have a few pieces that are not quite right.
The rugs have a great backing, so no need to do any additional sewing, gluing, or ??…
The best part is that the kit comes complete. No need to buy anything extra. It’s beginner friendly & has clear instructions, a printed pattern & tips available for any questions that might arise. Also, the pattern is very forgiving, so don’t be afraid of any little variance because it will all blend in together nicely when completed.

Lovely kit can't recommend enough!!
From the moment I opened the box I was so impressed, it has a lovely cosy vibe and sweet graphic design. The instructions were super clear and I got started within minutes, I'm so excited for the final result but also the process where I can really switch off and have calm focus! Would love to see a beetle rug design in the future..?!

Great quality, thoroughly enjoyed
Thoroughly enjoyed making this kit. Once I got the hang of using the latch hook, it became a very relaxing and mindful activity. Instructions were great and there was a lot of extra wool so was easy to redo parts I wasn't happy with.

Awesome bundle.
Awesome bundle! A bit daunting at first, as its the first time I was doing a craft like this, but the kits were packed with extra threads-- which was appreciated! The instructions were simple, clear and easy to follow. The carpets were super soft to touch and are quite cute and aesthetic. I would definitely be ordering more bundles in near future.
