Lovely kit but the floss thread is poor quality which is disappointing, made the process less enjoyable

We do pride ourselves on having really outstanding quality kits (including our 100% cotton floss) so we'd love to help figure out what went wrong here. Our discounted Christmas designs are a little older, so potentially your batch is different from what we use now.
