It's a beginner-friendly kit with everything you need to make four felt heart ornaments. Each heart design is pre-printed on felt, so you simply follow it to stitch on beads and sequins, sew around the edges, add polyfill stuffing and finish with a ribbon loop for hanging. Do I need any beading or sewing experience?
None at all. The designs are pre-printed on the felt, so there's no pattern to read, and the QR code in your kit links to our online guide and video tutorials, which walk you through every stitch and bead.
How long does it take to make the ornaments?
Allow around 3+ hours for all four hearts. You can make the whole set in one cosy afternoon, or stitch one heart at a time across the week.
How big are the finished ornaments?
Each heart measures approx. 8.5cm x 7.5cm (3.3in x 2.9in), the perfect size for hanging on a Christmas tree, wreath or door handle, or tying onto a gift.
Do I need any tools?
Just a pair of scissors. Everything else, including the needles, needle threaders, embroidery hoop and bead sorting tray, is in the kit.
Are there guides included?
Yes, video and written guides are included in our kits. We want to make crafting as enjoyable as possible, so there's no way we'll leave you hanging!
