What's the difference between a rug tufting kit and latch hook rugs?
A rug tufting kit and a latch hook rug kit both lead to glorious handmade floor décor, but the process is a little different. Latch hook rugs are made by looping pre-cut yarn through canvas one knot at a time, while tufting uses a mechanical tool to create a dense, carpet-like finish and feel.

I feel so accomplished making my own rug! I made it in time to enjoy the rest of fall with it (and have it be my little corner of fall for the other seasons.) It took me around 2 months to complete so it's actually good bang for your buck if you don't want to complete a project too quickly and enjoy the process more.
I loved the mushroom latch-hook rug! It's the perfect size and the mushrooms are so cute. It was a great way to relax in the evening; I didn't have to turn on too many brain cells, and I really appreciated that all of the yarn pieces were pre-cut. Great project!
I gave this to my daughter so that she can experience making beautiful items using latch hook. the kit is easy to use with video and good instructions .
Loved the product, however the package arrived cut up and very much worse for wear. I contacted Craft Club with photos but only got a “we’ll follow up with our warehouse” as a response. It also took about 2 - 3 weeks to ship after purchase which was disappointing. I think this will unfortunately be my last purchase from craft club.
