I made this for my granddaughter who is majoring in fashion at college and leaving for a semester in London. Thought it was very fashion forward and she absolutely loved it!! Thinking about making one for myself - maybe not in pink.

First experience with needlepoint and I LOVED IT! It was so simple to learn and calming to do. This is the first time I’ve ever tried needlepoint and this kit makes it super easy. I’ve become a bit obsessed with it, and I would say the best surprise is that I rarely scroll on my phone any longer because I’m so busy with this project!
I really liked the kit! I have a good number of years experience with cross stitch so learning needlepoint wasn't very difficult for me, but the kit really breaks it down to a beginner level with really great instructions! Overall, the quality of the kit was great. The construction of the pillowcase, the canvas, and the yarn were all wonderful. I only had a slight issue with the yarn, one of my pink strands had some strange bulk/fraying but I didn't bother reaching out to support to be honest since I was able to work around it given how few pink stitches there were. The rest of the yarn was usable. In fact, the kits give you WAY more yarn than you need, which I very much appreciated! I get nervous with kits like this of running out of yarn/thread but I was very delighted that, even after losing a few pieces of yarn to my own counting errors and having to rip out a few rows, I still was left with enough for another half pillow haha Like I said, I have experience with cross stitch so I had an easy time with the counted chart, but it was a bit confusing at first figuring out where to start lol the printed canvas was new for me so I got really confused but by the time I finished my first colour I was able to use the printed canvas and the pattern chart together and it was really easy. My only wish is that the chart was bigger. It is printed white small (across 2 pages) so it was hard for me to count the stitches I needed. Having a larger chart or a PDF download I could open on my tablet and zoom into would have been a huge bonus. Because the pillow was already sewn, it made finishing easier (there was no finishing, I just needed a pillow lol) however it did make it kind of awkward to hold sometimes. I was able to get used to it well enough so it wasn't a huge issue, just a bit of a learning curve haha
Absolutely love thus brand! Have bought various items from here! Very easy to follow! So far I've done the needle point, weaved bag and butterfly 3d puzzle and they've all been amazing! The community behind this brand is also incredible!
This is the perfect way to relax - simple and meditative, I don't have to keep track of anything so I can just enjoy the process.
So much fun. Easy to follow and fairly logical to figure out what to do when the printing and the directions sheet don't quite match up. I had more than enough materials, with plenty to spare and the latch hook was great quality. Definitely give it a go if you're on the fence about trying!

I really enjoyed making this! I've done many cushions and rugs over the years. Of course they all have to be sent away to be made up so it was REALLY nice to have a little item that was ready to go once I’d finished sewing. Love it, will buy more!

This kit is perfect for a beginner! I have had a blast working on it.
Overall a wonderfully put together kit, and thoroughly enjoyable make! Some picky things that dropped it 1 star: 1.) The interior of the wallet is not nicely finished. In comparison to the Barbie Pencil case, the edges of the canvas are unbound, which caused the thread to catch often. I will likely finish it myself with some bias tape so it looks cleaner. 2.) The bead packages are not labeled with which color each bag contains. I had to guess based on the chart which was 04/Cocoa and 05/Bronze. These colors are also so close that I think the final finished design suffers, as the detail of the pointe shoes is lost. Project notes: If I were to make this project again, I would probably sub the darkest color used in the oval frame for the interior of the pointe shoes. This would both clean up the design and enhance the 3D effect the beads provide, with the edges of the shoes raised and the ribbons over the top. The beads may also look better if I had worked the beaded half stitch the opposite way from the threaded half stitch base. That way the beads would slant the same direction as the thread background.

I really enjoyed doing this. It was good that the cushion had its backing and zip attached.The only thing that concerned me there was some pilling.Otherwise very enjoyable and hope my relative will enjoy their engagement gift.Heather

It was cute and fun. I liked how the pattern was printed on the pouch itself.
I ordered some other needlepoint stuff but this was the first that came. The pouch itself is a nice canvas, well stitched, durable- not waterproof but still good to keep stuff together. There isn't any branding on the pouch itself. There was plenty of extra thread to keep for potential future projects. The braided string pull is already made but I wish there was a little braiding tutorial in case you wanted to use your excess string for that. The needle and needle threader are pretty sturdy for a beginner's kit- I would prefer a shorter needle so you don't need as much string length for a loop but you can also use the needle threader to pull the end of the string through the Aida mesh. Each of the + spaces are roughly 2mm apart, so 1cm of space has 5 + places, in case you were wondering how tight / thick the detailing is. Admittedly, I misread the colour pattern and put the blue where the purple was supposed to go, but I had extra threads from prior embroidery projects so I was able to kinda recover that- but then it felt wasteful to not use the pale purple more since it was an intentional part of the colour scheme- so I used it for diamond on the corners of the blocks. Since I was already doing my own thing now I thought I would dabble with the border edges and try out some different stitch patterns in the top left corner. The opposite directions gives it a knitted sort of appearance and I think that's pretty nifty. The design is deliberately very simple, so if you wanted to you could try some detailing to make your piece unique (How about a glint of white on the locket to make it look shiny? What about using the different greens to add some shading to the stems and leaves? Maybe add some dark / light yellow to the moon and sparkles, so they look brighter?) This little kit has so many possibilities for making it uniquely **you**.
These socks are very cute and they're also **very** comfortable! It isn't too tight like a compression socks but it also holds nicely with the elastic. There's a little message at the toes that says 'You are berry cute' and sometimes when I'm reclining on the couch doing something I'll look up and there's a cute little message to brighten my day. They are ridiculously comfortable too- I got two pairs and I had to fish one pair out of the laundry to take the photo because I'm just **living** in these socks. Seriously, I need more pairs- that way I can wear them constantly.

I loved this kit- I had never done embroidery before and wanted to learn it so I could add details to crochet. Turns out, I found a new passion! Since this kit, I've free-handed a few of my own projects and have started cross stitch too. Honestly couldn't recommend this kit enough, it's very easy to follow and fun to complete- I never felt frustrated or like a lack of skill was getting in the way of the craft. I only needed to watch one of the instruction videos because the written instructions were very good. Great entry point for embroidery and even comes with multiple needles and threaders- I wasn't expecting that and it was very cool to use the proper equipment- the needle that I was going to use before I received the kit was much smaller!
