We're all about making creativity accessible with our easy DIY kits! And we mean easy. With a high-quality pre-backed rug base (so you don't need to mess about gluing or sewing) and only one technique to learn - they're easy as pie.

What's In Your Rug Kit
Each kit includes:

⭐ Premium wooden latch hook
⭐ Professionally-backed cushion canvas with printed design & zipper pre-stitched
⭐ Pre-cut yarn in each colour (plus loads extra for practice)
You'll also need scissors while completing your rug. We recommend using medium sized scissors that are nice and sharp so you get clean cuts on your yarn!
✂️ You can use any scissors you are comfortable with, but we recommend our 'Rug Trimming Scissors' as they are the perfect size for working on your rug! They are extra sharp and made of high quality steel.

Yes, your latch hook project can be washed! We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag.out first!

How do I finish my latch hook project?
If you've bought one of Craft Club's kits, the latch hook project is finished for you! All of our latch hook kits come pre-sewn and pre-backed so that they're ready to be used the minute you finish your final stitch.
How long has latch hooking been around for?
Latch hooking has been around for well over a century! The modern tool we use dates back to the early 1900's, and the craft was popularised in the 1970's as a hobby.
Is latch hook difficult to learn?
Not at all! Latch hook is easy to learn and quick to master with its single technique. All of our kits include all necessary materials and video tutorials.
Are there guides included?
Yes, video and written guides are included in our kits. We want to make crafting as enjoyable as possible, so there's no way we'll leave you hanging!
Do I need to trim my latch hook?
You don't need to trim your latch hook project; however, it could be helpful to trim any stray pieces to define the design. If you do want to trim your piece, less is more - you can't undo what's been trimmed!
What happens if I lose my latch hook?
If your latch hook tool has broken or been lost, you'll be able to buy a replacement in most craft stores. If that's not an option, you can also use a crochet hook or your fingers to pull the loop of yarn through the canvas to tie it.
Can my kids do latch hook?
As latch hook doesn't contain or need sharp implements, and is a single, simple technique, it's perfect for a large variety of ages. Latch hooking with your kids or family could be a great group activity to create something together.
What's the difference between a rug tufting kit and latch hook rugs?
A rug tufting kit and a latch hook rug kit both lead to glorious handmade floor décor, but the process is a little different. Latch hook rugs are made by looping pre-cut yarn through canvas one knot at a time, while tufting uses a mechanical tool to create a dense, carpet-like finish and feel.

Had lots of fun making my flower rug. Very relaxing. The colours are nice and bright and the instructions are easy.
No respect for the buyer's time
I’ve purchased a 24hour delivery instead I had to wait 3 days after which I had to ask if the package was sent, it wasn’t, so I ended up waiting 4 days just to cancel the order.

I love the flower bomb kit so much. Bright, colourful goodness. I loved chatting to Nakisah over instagram, we connected so well. Latch hook sets help with anxiety/OCD as they keep your hands busy and you can stay focused. Forever grateful x

Onto my third rug making kit! Love how easy the instructions are to follow and the freedom to take the project with you on planes, camping trips or to the couch for a netflix session. Makes for a great way to get creative without all of the fuss. Highly recommend!

It was a great project to start on and finish - it definitely was something that took me a lite bit to get a good hang of, but after a few hooks it was quite easy! It turned out really well, I am still yet to tidy it up with a trim, but it looks amazing so far. I would love a larger size, but I probably don't have the time - still fun!

My flower bomb rug has been so much fun to work on and super soft!! The colours are super bright, the instructions are easy to understand and there is more than enough materials included in the kit so there's no need to worry about making mistakes.
The rug is gorgeous and simple to put together so I'd definitely recommend it for any person no matter what level of crafty you are.
The customer service was also incredible, super lovely and kind!! I can't wait to purchase another kit and fill my home with rugs :)
