Our PICK OF THE BUNCH - EARTHY cushion kit uses soft browns and olive greens to make a quiet statement. It's the perfect craft kit to get you feeling cosy in your space.
What makes our cushion kits so great?
They're pre-sewn with a soft suede-style backing and zip, meaning that all the hard work is done for you! Simply latch-hook your front, stuff it with a 50cm cushion insert and it's ready to go! Don't have an insert? Don't worry - we sell these too.
We also believe in loving what you create! Your cushion will become a treasured piece of home decor. Not only will you have amazing memories making it, but also using it!

You'll also need scissors while completing your rug. We recommend using medium sized scissors that are nice and sharp so you get clean cuts on your yarn!
✂️ You can use any scissors you are comfortable with, but we recommend our 'Rug Trimming Scissors' as they are the perfect size for working on your rug! They are extra sharp and made of high quality steel.

What happens if I lose my latch hook?
If your latch hook tool has broken or been lost, you'll be able to buy a replacement in most craft stores. If that's not an option, you can also use a crochet hook or your fingers to pull the loop of yarn through the canvas to tie it.
Do I need to trim my latch hook?
You don't need to trim your latch hook project; however, it could be helpful to trim any stray pieces to define the design. If you do want to trim your piece, less is more - you can't undo what's been trimmed!
Can latch hook crafts be washed?
Yes, your latch hook project can be washed! We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. If you have a cushion, make sure to take the insert out first!

Yes, your cushion project can be washed! We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Make sure to take the cushion insert out first!
How often should I replace cushion inserts?
Cushion inserts should be replaced every two to four years. They need to be replaced less often than pillows that are used daily, but replacing them ensures the cushion stays plump and comfortable.
What's the difference between latch hook and punch needle kits?
Latch hook kits use little loops of yarn pulled through a canvas to build a fluffy, dimensional surface. Using a punch needle kit is more like drawing with yarn, punching it through fabric for textured designs.
What's included in latch hook cushion kits?
Each of our latch hook cushion kits is like a crafty treasure chest. You’ll find everything you need to complete the project: your hook, a colour-mapped, professionally backed cushion canvas, pre-cut yarn in all the colours you need (plus extra for practice), and clear instructions.
Do kits come with cushion inserts?
No, the kits don't come with inserts. These will need to be purchased separately. Please make sure you check the sizing of your kit before buying an insert!

Faulty yarn, not yet replaced
On beginning this kit, I realised that one of the beige rolls of yarn was significantly shorter than the others. I requested a replacement in later January . It is now mid March and after 13 email exchanges, the roll still hasn’t been replaced.

Earthy pick latch hook cushion
I love this latch hook cushion, It’s very soft and very pretty exactly as described. I ordered a rug and another cushion also. I was very happy with delivery time and condition after delivery. I will definitely be purchasing more .
Perfect gift for my friend who’s convalescing
I sent this kit to my friend who has to have kidney dialysis three times a week. She said it’s been the perfect thing to do in the chair, as while she doesn’t have to think too much when doing it, it’s also made her feel like she’s doing something useful while she’s incapacitated.

Super Nice Pillow Project; both to make and to enjoy the result. The package looks beautiful with all the materials needed and clear instructions, so allthough the technique was new to me it was very relaxing (and a bit addictive ;-) to work on it.

I had such a ball completing this gorgeous cushion cover. I had never tried latch hooking before and was amazed at how straightforward it was. Not only was it fun, it was therapeutic and my Apple Watch even advised me that my resting heart rate had gone down. A great addition to the hectic life of a nursing student!

I got way more into completing this kit than I thought! It was just mindless enough to enjoy while watching a movie, but not so much as to be dull. I prefer autumnal colors, so I am so happy to have had this colorway as an option! It looks great on my bed :)

Gifted this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! I can hardly wait to see the finished product!
Faulty Zip
After many hours, days, weeks of completing this cover, imagine my disappointment when the zipper wouldn’t close. I had to stitch the opening up by hand so it’s now permanently closed. The zipper is of very cheap quality. This is the second time I have posted this review as the company took down my first review. They originally reached out to me to try and rectify the situation but never followed up. I will leave a review on Trust Pilot so they can’t take it down.

High quality, super relaxing and a sensory delight.
After finishing my coaster, I was hooked and jumped at the chance to grab this and a number of other kits during a sale. I was immediately impressed at the quality of the cushion underlay, which is a lovely velveteen that is cool to the touch. It was a wonderful meditative activity that helped me lean into the discomfort of delayed gratification and enjoy the ultimate feeling of satisfaction once it was done. I popped in a 50x50 insert and it is now my favourite cushion to hug on the couch and run my fingers through.
