Mid-Year Sale Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotion is open to all customers who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period.

1.2 Employees of Craft Club, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent to enter.

1.4 Entries are open worldwide, subject to local laws and regulations.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion commences at 12:01 AM AEST on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 ("Start Date").

2.2 The promotion closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Monday, June 30, 2025 ("End Date").

2.3 All times referenced are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), Sydney time.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, customers must make a qualifying purchase through the Craft Club website during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Each individual product purchased equals one (1) entry into the giveaway. For example:

  • An order containing 5 products = 5 entries
  • An order containing 1 product = 1 entry

3.3 There is no limit to the number of orders a customer can place during the Promotion Period.

3.4 Only orders placed and paid for during the Promotion Period are eligible. Orders placed before the Start Date or after the End Date will not be counted as entries.

3.5 Cancelled or refunded orders will result in the removal of associated entries.

3.6 No alternative methods of entry are available.

4. Prizes

4.1 Main Prize (1 winner):

  • One (1) new Apple 11-inch iPad Air
  • Approximate retail value: $999 AUD
  • Prize will be ordered in winner's home country where available
  • Delivery to winner's nominated address

4.2 Runner-Up Prizes (4 winners):

  • One (1) Craft Club gift voucher per winner
  • Value: $250 AUD each
  • Total runner-up prize pool value: $1,000 AUD
  • Vouchers will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the winning order

4.3 Total prize pool value is approximately $1,999 AUD.

4.4 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4.5 If a prize becomes unavailable, Craft Club reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

5.2 The draw will take place within 7 business days after the End Date.

5.3 Each entrant can only win one (1) prize. Winners of the main prize are not eligible for runner-up prizes, and vice versa.

5.4 Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their order within 48 hours of the draw.

5.5 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Craft Club reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1 iPad Air: Will be ordered and delivered to the address nominated by the winner. Delivery timeframes depend on local availability and shipping conditions. Winner is responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or taxes.

6.2 Gift Vouchers: Will be sent electronically to the email address associated with the winning order within 7 business days of prize acceptance.

7. General Conditions

7.1 By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Craft Club reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

7.3 Craft Club's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.4 Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with Craft Club's Privacy Policy.

7.5 Craft Club accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

7.6 To the extent permitted by law, Craft Club excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from this promotion or any prize won.

7.7 If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Craft Club, Craft Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.

7.8 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Privacy

8.1 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to Craft Club collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant.

8.2 Entrants' personal information will be handled in accordance with Craft Club's Privacy Policy available on the website.
