UPDATE**
Okay so after the response by CraftClubCo I have to say I’m INCREDIBLY impressed. They genuinely considered the feedback I gave (even if it were delivered by myself with slight sass from frustration, which I’m so sorry for🙈) and asked follow up questions via email so they can use them to help form their new teaching format. Nakisah was awfully sweet and very kind in her response as well as inquisitive in a positive way! I wanted to add this because it shows that A) they do want it to be easy and understandable to everyone and B) they are actively working on improvements!!! They also have mentioned that if you’re stuck, they offer personal one on one help where they can help you progress (and it’s a free resource which is actually really cool to offer).
So although the issues I had previously aren’t yet fixed, they are in the works to be improved upon and they have provided resources until that time comes! The response was just too impressive to leave my original 2 star review especially when considering that my only real issue was the videos and not the actual product you receive (if that makes sense).
So if you’re on the fence, give these kits a shot! If you get stuck, reach out and someone sweet as can be is sure to get you past your hurdle!
