Cutest Tulip Flower Pot I had already made the strawberry plant and couldn’t wait to make the tulips. It was easy to make with really simple and clear video instructions. I love telling people “look I made this!”

Updated** Ehhh not for beginners now but it will be soon! UPDATE** Okay so after the response by CraftClubCo I have to say I’m INCREDIBLY impressed. They genuinely considered the feedback I gave (even if it were delivered by myself with slight sass from frustration, which I’m so sorry for🙈) and asked follow up questions via email so they can use them to help form their new teaching format. Nakisah was awfully sweet and very kind in her response as well as inquisitive in a positive way! I wanted to add this because it shows that A) they do want it to be easy and understandable to everyone and B) they are actively working on improvements!!! They also have mentioned that if you’re stuck, they offer personal one on one help where they can help you progress (and it’s a free resource which is actually really cool to offer). So although the issues I had previously aren’t yet fixed, they are in the works to be improved upon and they have provided resources until that time comes! The response was just too impressive to leave my original 2 star review especially when considering that my only real issue was the videos and not the actual product you receive (if that makes sense). So if you’re on the fence, give these kits a shot! If you get stuck, reach out and someone sweet as can be is sure to get you past your hurdle! Original: I would say the concept is cute and good for people who are already very decent crocheters. I had an incredibly hard time following the provided video tutorial as there is little to no focus nor closeups on the techniques themselves and they’re are shown at a rather fast sequence. I had to rewatch the tutorial slowed down over and over and over (4hours with nothing to show), and finally gave up and referenced a better video on YouTube which is not associated with craft club. I would say emphasizing on many small tips and details could improve the videos, as well as slowing down and zooming focus so you can actually see what is taking place. The girls in the videos seem to speak to you as if you already know everything they are doing/saying and are lacking in their ability to fully teach the viewer. I think selling a kit labeled as for beginners which needs to be accompanied by a 2+ hour basic steps video just to get started is not necessarily ideal and feel it’d be better to teach the steps as they appear in the videos, keeping them together rather than pieced out between “steps and how to”. Bouncing back and forth between videos for the project steps and the actual how to when you need to revisit the techniques was a tad obnoxious and tends to hurt the enjoyment. I Love the other craft kits but I would probably not suggest this at all to anyone who isn’t somewhat savvy already. Please work on the format, it is sort of bad :( and if you don’t want to improve the format please adjust the targeted demo as “not for beginners” because it is not unfortunately

Good gift Was a gift for my mother. Though shipping did take a while, it eventually made it's way to her house. She seemed very pleased with the kit.
