Your stocking kit includes everything you need to complete your piece, plus a bonus PDF pattern to personalise your initial.
Our stockings are large enough to fit all the small gifts you could want, measuring at 56cm diagonally (from the top right corner down to the bottom toe). It has been sewn with an open middle and we've used strong double-layered backing to ensure your piece stands the test of time.

You'll also need scissors while completing your rug. We recommend using medium sized scissors that are nice and sharp so you get clean cuts on your yarn!
✂️ You can use any scissors you are comfortable with, but we recommend our 'Rug Trimming Scissors' as they are the perfect size for working on your rug! They are extra sharp and made of high quality steel.

WHAT IS
Latch Hooking?
Latch-Hooking is an amazing technique for creation your own fluffy rug or cushion in an easy and affordable way. It involves knotting pieces of yarn onto a canvas using a latch-hook.
Our kits come with all the supplies you need, including pre-cut yarn, printed and backed bases plus premium wooden tools. Because of this, it makes them the perfect relaxing and mindful activity to do while watching your favourite show.

Bought 2x Christmas stocking latch hook kits late last year. Unfortunately there wasn't enough green to fill in the initial as shown, resulting in mismatched kits! One of my kits had the mesh come away from the backing at the bottom too.
Otherwise, lots of fun.

No! And we really mean it. Latch-hooking is a super simple technique that allows you to create gorgeous shaggy bags or rugs with affordable materials. You're simply learning how to make a knot with your latch hook, then repeating the same simple action with each colour section you need. Our kits include pre-printed canvas meaning that you don't need any complicated patterns. All you need is your kit and you've got everything you need to create a masterpiece!
What are the benefits of latch hooking?
Aside from being totally addictive, latch hooking is a fantastic tool for mindfulness. If you've ever tried meditation and found it too hard to focus, this activity is for you. It's keeps you engaged whilst helping keep your hands busy. Finally, if you really struggle, the Founder of Craft Club will personally give you a 30 minute class via Zoom.
Are your kits good for recovery?
Latch-hooking is a very accessible craft if you or a loved one is in recovery or on bed rest. It's mess-free and can be done comfortably in bed.
Its low impact on your hands, and is still comfortable for our customers who struggle with grip strength. It's also great for building back muscle strength in your hands as well as hand-eye coordination.
