Stargazer Lilies
Welcome to the online guide for your STARGAZER LILIES Pipe Cleaner Bouquet Kit.
This stunning bouquet comes alive with its vibrant magenta colour scheme. Focusing on one style of flower - the stargazer lily, it includes both open and closed blooms.
Despite its dazzling look, each flower is made up of simple petals levelled up by their ombre palette and frilled edges. We hope you love bringing this bouquet to life! 🌷
Intro to Your Bouquet
Inside Your Kit
Your Flowers
For the first section of your kit, you'll be focusing on crafting each individual stem inside your bouquet. Take this slow and steady, and remember to enjoy the process of crafting each piece!

Where to Start
You can create each flower in any order you like, but if you're new to pipe cleaner crafting we recommend the following order.
🌷 Closed Lily Buds x3
🌸 Open Stargazer Lilies x4
Stitching in this order will help you build your skills gradually, helping you learn a new creative process easily and maximising your enjoyment!

Closed Lilies
You'll be starting your bouquet by creating 3x Closed Lilies using your two lightest shades of pink pipe cleaners.
Each stem is made from three simple petals, brought together to create a closed lily bud. These petal shapes are the foundation of your open stargazer lily, so its a great way to practice the technique.

For each closed lily stem stem you will need:
⭐ 3x bubblegum pink pipe cleaners
⭐ 3x cloudy pink pipe cleaners
⭐ 2x meadow green pipe cleaners
Stargazer Lilies
Moving on to the star of the show (no pun intended) - its time to work on the full sized blooms in this kit.
You'll be creating 4x Stargazer Lilies, using shades of pink and magenta pipe cleaners.
While these blooms might appear intimidating from afar, they're actually only a small step up from your previous closed lilies. You'll be adding a frill around the edges of your petal, and adding tiny stamen details in the middle.
...
For each flower you will need:
⭐ 5x fuchsia pink pipe cleaners
⭐ 5x bubblegum pink pipe cleaners
⭐ 5x cloudy pink pipe cleaners
⭐ 2x olive green pipe cleaners
Sitcky Dots & Florist Tape
Your kit includes two helpful materials that you might not be familiar with, if you have never crafted with pipe cleaners before. The below videos are a deep dive into these two materials, helping you to make the most of them inside your kit!
⭐ Sticky Dots - These sticky little pals are a great way to craft your flowers if you don't have access to a hot glue gun. Acting like tiny double-sided dots of glue, they will grip onto the fibres of your pipe cleaners, holding petals in place.
⭐ Florist Tape - This unique material is unlike any tape you've seen before. Made from paper, it becomes lightly tacky when stretched, and is intended to stick only to itself (not your pipe cleaners) making it the perfect way to bind your stems for a professional finish.

An Optional Finishing Touch
Now that your individual stems are complete, you have the option to add some blush pigment to your blooms as a finishing touch.
We have not included pigment on our bouquet imagery, but it can be a lovely way to add dimension and extra colour to your finished piece - all you need is an old blush or eyeshadow palette! Any artists pigment will also work if you have some handy.
Adding Blush Pigments
Your Bouquet
The final step is to take your individual blooms and turn them into a proper bouquet. To do this, you'll be assembling your bouquet and then adding optional wrapping and ribbon as the finishing touch.
