Terms & Conditions

Craft Club x Made Club Competition

1. Promoter
The promoter is Craft Club Co (ABN: 20 647 843 132), trading as Craft Club ("the Promoter").

2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 00:01 AEDT on 24 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 AEDT on 1 January 2026 ("Competition Period"). All entries must be received during the Competition Period.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, Made Club, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must either:

  • Sign up to the Craft Club mailing list via the Craft Club website (www.craftclubco.com); or
  • Complete the competition entry form provided by Craft Club.

No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. The Prize
The prize is one (1) £500 Craft Club gift voucher ("the Prize").

  • The voucher is redeemable at www.craftclubco.com only.
  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • The voucher is subject to Craft Club's standard gift voucher terms and conditions.
  • Shipping costs for orders placed using the voucher will be charged as per Craft Club's standard shipping rates.
  • The Prize is non-transferable and no alternative prize is available.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
  • The winner will be drawn within 7 days of the Competition Period closing.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
  • The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • The winner's name will be available upon request for 28 days after the winner is drawn.

7. General Terms

  • The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may request proof of identity and age.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe they have breached these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by entrants in entering the competition.

8. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting or using the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, or website.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  • By entering this competition, participants agree to the Promoter and Made Club collecting, storing, and using their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at www.craftclubco.com.
  • Participants' email addresses will be added to the Craft Club mailing list unless they opt out. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Winner information may be shared with Made Club for promotional purposes.

10. Publicity
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter and Made Club, including the use of their name and image in promotional materials, unless they object at the time of claiming their prize.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
