Nope. The 30% comes off automatically the moment the sale opens — you'll see the new price on the product page and again in your cart. No code, no fuss.
How do I make sure I get the kits I want?
Be quick! Some of our best sellers sell out within the hour, and once warehouse stock is gone we can't get it back.
Two things that really help: pick your favourites out before your countries launch time so you're not browsing when the clock hits zero, and make sure you're logged in with your address saved so checkout takes seconds, not minutes.
I've never made a craft kit before — where do I start?
You're in exactly the right place. Every kit arrives with everything you need and step-by-step instructions, so there's nothing extra to buy and no experience required.
If you want the gentlest way in, start small — a Half Stitch pouch, a moss coaster kit or a cross stitch. You'll have something finished to show off by the weekend.
When will my order arrive?
Our warehouse team is quick, but a flash sale means a lot of boxes going out at once. Please allow an extra 5 days for your order to be dispatched — we'll email your tracking the moment it leaves us.
Can I use other codes or discounts on my order?
Sorry, no — sale pricing can't be combined with other discount codes or offers. Gift cards work as normal though, so you can still put one towards your order.
