We’ve taken everything you love about our moss coasters - easy, beginner-friendly, and oh-so-cute - and levelled it up into a whole new collectable world. Each box not only includes an exclusive coaster designs only available to subscribers, but extra goodies and surprises, and a more immersive creative journey. Think of it like your fave moss kit… with a sprinkle of magic.

Can I skip a month or cancel anytime?
Yes! You’re in full control. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account portal—no questions asked. If you get a 3-month pack, you can cancel before your next 3-month payment. We'll always send you a reminder email!

When will I be charged?
When you complete your order, you will be charged immediately for your first month subscription.
For future payments, you'll be charged on the 1st of each month (or every 3 months, depending on your chosen plan). Please keep in mind that we follow Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), so your renewal date may vary by one day depending on your local time zone!
PS. We'll always send you a reminder email 3-days before your payment, just incase you want to change your plan!
When will my box arrive?
We ship your box from our warehouse in the first week of each month. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it’s on the way. Shipping times depend on your location in the world.
Can I purchase past Moss Boxes?
Unfortunately, our past boxes aren’t available for purchase due to limited inventory. Make sure you don’t miss out on our amazing monthly Moss Boxes, subscribe today!
How long does each project take to make?
Our Moss Box kits are faster to create than most fiber projects as they use different techniques.
Our moss coaster kits can easily be finished in 1-2 sessions between 2-6hrs depending on how fast you like to work!
Are moss kits suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our kits are perfect for beginners as they include everything you need to complete your kit, including loads of materials and tools.
They also include full video tutorials so that you can complete your mossy creation easily.
These kits are very crafty and creative, so they're perfect if you're new to craft and want to stretch your creative muscles.
If you're a seasoned stitcher, you'll still enjoy this kit as it includes lots of new techniques that you might not have seen before.
